Can I have more than one provider for the same type of support?
Yes. Participants are not required to use a single provider for any given support category. You might engage different providers for different parts of your plan, or even use multiple providers for the same type of support if that serves your needs. The key is that the total expenditure stays within your plan budget.
What if I choose a provider and it does not work out?
You have the right to change providers at any time, subject to the notice period in your service agreement.
