These Terms govern your use of Novida, operated by Toradigm Pty Ltd (ABN 70 679 136 577). By using the platform you agree to them. This is a summary — the full Terms are on this page.
What Novida is
Novida is a discovery and enquiry marketplace connecting participants, families, support coordinators, NDIS providers and disability-sector workers. We are not a registered NDIS provider, not the NDIA, and not a party to any agreement between a participant and a provider. Information, guides and estimates are general only — confirm with the relevant professional or the NDIS.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be 18+, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and not scrape data, send spam, impersonate others, post false or unlawful content, or misuse contact details.
Leads, listings and reviews
Enquiries are matched and distributed fairly; recipients must use contact details only to respond. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of listings and for their registrations and screening. Reviews must be honest and lawful; you grant Novida a licence to display content you post.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe, in AUD including GST, auto-renewing with no lock-in — cancel anytime. Provider plans: Discover (free), Connect ($59/mo), Thrive ($249/mo). Coordinator plans: Free, Coordinator ($29/mo), Team ($129/mo).
Your rights, liability and governing law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out in the full Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
