Novida is an Australian NDIS platform that helps participants, families and support coordinators find verified NDIS providers, support coordinators, SIL & SDA housing and disability jobs across all 8 states and territories — free for participants. It is operated by Toradigm Pty Ltd and founded by Prakash Bartaula.
Why we built Novida
Founder Prakash Bartaula previously worked at a digital marketing agency helping NDIS providers, allied-health practices and other care organisations reach the people who needed them — and kept seeing the same problem: everyone was part of the same care ecosystem, but everyone was searching in different places. Participants searched across websites, Facebook groups and word of mouth; coordinators spent hours hunting for providers and housing; providers struggled to be found and to hire reliable care workers. Novida was built to bring participants, providers, support coordinators, support workers and SDA/SIL housing together in one place.

Novida is not just a directory or job board — it is a connected platform whose features work together. A participant’s SMS-verified enquiry is routed to matched providers automatically; coordinators refer to providers in one tap and track it through; providers receive leads, hire from a talent pool, run reference checks and list SIL & SDA vacancies from one dashboard.
