How many suburbs can I target?

Every coordinator profile can target up to 30 suburbs — on the free listing, the Coordinator plan and the Team plan alike. On a team account, each coordinator on the practice keeps their own list of up to 30 suburbs.

Can I list my specialties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add specialty tags so participants and families looking for experience in a particular area — for example psychosocial, complex needs or a specific disability type — can find you directly.

Is the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 shown on my listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your coordination level is shown clearly, so participants can tell whether you provide Level 2 Coordination of Supports or Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination before they enquire.

Is the directory free for participants?

Yes. Participants search and enquire for free. Coordinators on a paid plan receive unlimited enquiries with SMS alerts.
