What are NDIS price limits?
They are the maximum amounts a provider can charge for a given support, published by the NDIS in the Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document. Each support item has its own limit. They are a ceiling you cannot exceed for the relevant item, not a rate you must charge, and they are updated periodically.
Do price limits apply to unregistered support workers?
Yes. Even as an unregistered provider you are billing NDIS supports, so the price limits apply to your invoices. For plan-managed clients the plan manager will not pay above the limit. For self-managed clients there is more flexibility in principle, but the limits remain the reference point everyone works to.
