- Listing starts free. The Free plan is $0/month (1 suburb, 1 SIL/SDA listing; participant leads are locked). Paid provider plans are Starter at $59/month (10 suburbs, 5 listings), Growth at $190/month (50 suburbs, 20 listings) and Enterprise at $399/month (100 suburbs, unlimited listings) — all with unlimited participant leads. Support coordinators are free. Independent support workers list free, with Growth at $19/month and Pro at $49/month to unlock direct enquiries.
- Is Novida free for participants?
- Yes. Novida is completely free for NDIS participants, families and support coordinators searching for providers, housing and supports. Only providers pay, via a flat monthly subscription.
- Are there per-lead or commission fees?
- No. Every plan is a flat monthly subscription with no per-lead charges and no commission on services. Paid plans include unlimited participant leads.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
