Is it normal for my new plan to look different?
Yes. Plans are meant to evolve as your goals, needs and circumstances change. A new plan that looks different is not automatically a problem, though it is worth checking that each change matches your actual needs.
What parts of a plan can change?
Your goals, the amount of funding in different areas, how funding is split across categories, the way your plan is managed, plan dates, and specific supports can all change between reassessments.
Why did my funding move between budget areas?
Funding is arranged to match your current needs and goals. If those shifted, the split across support categories may change too. If a change does not make sense to you, ask for an explanation.
What if I do not agree with a change?

What is a plan variation?
