Participants and support coordinators look for support suburb by suburb — they search a place, then compare who serves it. Outside their own website, most providers are invisible in that local search. Suburb targeting puts you on the map exactly where you work.
Choose the suburbs you cover and your profile appears on those suburb pages and in local results — not everywhere (which wastes travel and brings mismatched enquiries) and not nowhere. The areas you target are shown on your public profile, so families can see at a glance that you reach them.

Yes. Every coordinator profile can target up to 30 suburbs, and on a team account each coordinator keeps their own list, so the practice listing reflects the combined coverage.
Will I appear outside my targeted suburbs?
Your profile is surfaced primarily on the suburb pages and local searches you target. If you offer telehealth or outreach, that is shown too, so participants in nearby areas can still find and reach you.
