It scales with your plan: 15 suburbs on the free Discover plan, 30 on Connect and 100 on Thrive for providers. Each support coordinator can target up to 30 suburbs, including on a team account where every coordinator keeps their own list.

Can I change my targeted suburbs later?

Yes, anytime. Update your suburb list from your dashboard whenever your service area grows or shifts — the change takes effect in local search straight away.

Does targeting more suburbs mean more travel?

Accepted Answer

Only target the suburbs you can realistically service. Provider travel under the NDIS rules (generally up to 30 minutes each way in metro areas, 60 minutes regionally) is a useful guide, and telehealth or outreach can extend your reach for suitable supports.

Yes. Every coordinator profile can target up to 30 suburbs, and on a team account each coordinator keeps their own list, so the practice listing reflects the combined coverage.

Will I appear outside my targeted suburbs?

Accepted Answer

Your profile is surfaced primarily on the suburb pages and local searches you target. If you offer telehealth or outreach, that is shown too, so participants in nearby areas can still find and reach you.

How does suburb targeting help participants?

Accepted Answer

It means participants searching a specific suburb see providers who genuinely serve that area — fewer dead ends, shorter travel charges and more realistic start dates.
