No. On a paid plan you receive unlimited participant leads for a flat monthly price — there are no per-lead fees. The free plan does not include leads.

Browsing and inviting workers is part of your Novida provider plan — there is no per-contact charge, so you can source as actively as you need.

Is a provider profile free?

Yes. A verified provider profile, appearing in search across every NDIS support category categories with reviews, is included on the free List plan. Profile analytics are included on paid plans.

How many suburbs can I target?

It scales with your plan: 15 suburbs on the free Discover plan, 30 on Connect and 100 on Thrive for providers. Each support coordinator can target up to 30 suburbs, including on a team account where every coordinator keeps their own list.

Do I need a paid plan to receive referrals?

Accepted Answer

Coordinator referrals come as part of being listed and receiving leads on your plan. Once your profile is live, coordinators can refer participants to you at no per-referral charge.

What plan do I need to post jobs?

Job postings are included from the free List plan, and paid plans add unlimited postings alongside participant leads.

How does a reference check work?

Accepted Answer

When a candidate adds a referee to a role on their profile, you can click “Request reference check” on their application. Novida emails the referee a short request, and their reply comes straight back to your inbox.
