Does AT-HM funding come out of my care budget?
No. The assistive technology and home modifications scheme is funded separately from your quarterly Support at Home budget. Buying equipment or paying for home changes through AT-HM does not reduce the funding you use for services like personal care, cleaning or nursing.
What can the AT-HM scheme pay for?

How much AT-HM funding can I get?

How do I apply for assistive technology or home modifications?
You are assessed for AT-HM as part of your aged care assessment through My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. If you already receive Support at Home and your needs change, you can request a reassessment. Higher-tier items require an allied health assessment before approval.
